Introduction MT-W series of three-phase rectifier bridge products have the advantages of high output voltage and small ripple, high power factor and fast dynamic response, which is an excellent choice for household appliances, industrial power supplies, industrial automation equipment, welding machines and other applications.

Features 1、MT-Wthree-phase bridge package is similar to our MT three-phase bridge package, with 5 external pins, the pins are changed from terminals to leads, and 6 built-in chips. The current range includes 35A and 50A, and the voltage covers 600V-1600V. It has the characteristics of forward voltage reduction, small reverse leakage current, and strong surge ability.
2、Yangjie adopts the deep IDM model and has its own wafer design and manufacturing facility. We have internally packaged Photo Glass process chips, with three layers of passivation protection, and stable high temperature characteristics and reliability capabilities.
