Introduction Yangjie Technology has added a new model of power transistor to the TO-252 package.It is equipped with NPN and PNP chips respectively, forming complementary transistor pairs. In terms of electrical parameters, this power transistor has a maximum IC current of 8A and is designed with low voltage resistance. It can be used in circuits such as electric drives and high-power frequency converters. The junction temperature and storage temperature of this product can reach -55~+150 ℃.
