Introduction Yangjie Technology has recently launched an ESD product in DFN1006-2L packaging. The package size is small and the body is thin, which can meet the customers' demands for high-speed communication interfaces. This product features a small package, low parasitic capacitance, high surge protection and low clamping voltage. It is purchased with SCR structure deep sweep technology and is suitable for application circuits that require extremely low clamping voltage, providing safer and more reliable protection capabilities.
